The members area is only open after our approval. It contains information that isn't public, such as ventures for sale with prices, figures and risks. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Access
Your access is personal. Don't share your sign-in link and don't let others look in through your account. We may limit or revoke access at any time, for example if these terms aren't followed.
Confidentiality
Everything you see or receive in the members area is confidential: the catalogue, prices, figures, proof packs, documents and what we share in the chat.
- You only use it to decide whether to work with us or acquire a venture.
- You don't share it with others, except your own advisers who are bound to confidentiality themselves.
- You don't make copies or screenshots to pass around.
This confidentiality continues after your access ends.
Not an offer
What's in the members area is information, not a binding offer. An acquisition or assignment only exists once an agreement is signed.
Using the chat
The chat is for questions about your journey. Keep it respectful and don't share sensitive data we don't need, such as passwords or payment details.
