We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Only what's needed to sign in, remember your language and run the chat — which is why we don't ask for consent with a banner.

What we store in your browser
- Sign-in cookies (Supabase, starting with "sb-"): keep you signed in to the members area. They're removed when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
- Chat cookie and local storage (Chatwoot, including "cw_conversation"): remember your conversation so it doesn't vanish on refresh. Members only, members area only.
- Language cookie "mdl-locale": remembers whether you chose Dutch or English yourself, so the site opens in that language next time. Valid for one year.
- Local storage "mdl-chat-owner": remembers which member uses the chat in this browser, so the next person never sees someone else's conversation. Cleared on sign-out.
Statistics without cookies
We measure how many visitors the site has, where they come from and which pages and buttons are used, with Plausible Analytics. This happens without cookies, without storing your IP address and without following you across other sites, which is why no consent is needed.
What we don't do
No Google Analytics, no advertising cookies and no profiles of your browsing. If we ever use advertising cookies, we'll ask for your consent first.
Removing them yourself
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. You'll be signed out and an open chat starts over.
Typefaces
The typefaces are hosted on our own website. No connection is made to Google or any other party to load them.
